Poor service
<p>Dropped of my phone for repairs at Cell C Centurion Mall on 25/9 & have not yet received feedback from them. I call the branch everyday & the phone just rings. Today I called Cell C customer care only to find out that my phone has not yet been sent in for repairs by the branch. Yet I get called every other day from the call center to upgrade my contract, which is definately not going to happen due to the pathetic service from Cell C Centurion mall.</p>

Went to the store last night and after some searching they found my paperwork that I handed in with the phone. Apparantly the phone was collected by the courier but that was all that they could tell me, So I wonder if it was only collected yesterday after my complaint. They still could not provide me with any paperwork to confirm that I handed my phone in to them. Matthew promised to call me first thing this morning with feedback. There is definately a lack of customer service at this branch.
