Poor Service
We reported a ********** account 2018 that was opened at Cell C with my wife's ID number, Cell C told us that the matter has been resolved and they sent us a confirmation letter that the mattet is resolved, but to our surprise we just discovered that the Cell C contract still appears under my wife's credit records.
May you please assist with a matter of urgency as this is very damaging.
