Poor service

<p>I have done an EFT from the same bank as Cell C for payment of August account on 23 August 2016, then on 28 August Cell C puts a debit order thru. I contact them and advised that the account has been double paid and requested a refund. On the 15th September 2016 the put thru a debit order again and added R70 xtra. I have phoned, emailed and faxed several times just to be told I am not allowed to speak to billing department and have to wait someone will contact me. I am still waiting ........</p>

i revoke my prev comment that the issue was resolved - I just got a message that although the account is in credit, it has been suspended. Cell C better do something NOW - a legal isuue is in the pipeline now./;
