Poor service

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I canceled my contract and converted to Prepaid. </p> <p>I called in and was given settlement value to pay in, which I did, I even called in a few days later to confirm payment was received and requested contract to be canceled, which you did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the end of last month, I received an account stating I had to pay R8266.08... I called and customer care said to ignore statement, that they did receive the payment due to cancel contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then this saturday past a debit order went off my account again for the R8266.08... When I called cellc , agent told me that this amout I paid was not allocated to the correct account. I was advised that it would take you 2 days working days to reverse transaction, and soeone would call me back or I must request my bank to cancel debit order that went off. Which I did... I now tried to call customer care to see if this whole issue been fixed and not getting any place with you. Ref no ********** 518</p> <p> </p> <p>I see per your statment I received last month amout satated R8266.08, amount I was told to pay was R8166.08, which was paid in June.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I now done an eft for R100 diffrence... </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can a manager or supervisour call me to state if this stuff up on your side been fixed and send me proof via email...</p> <p> </p> <p>I was not happy what happend this weekend with debit order, as my other accounts bounced due to your stuff up.. Never mind it left me with no money over the weekend...</p> <p> </p> <p>You will never take over the competition if you offer service like this...</p> <p> </p>
