Poor service

<p>I went to cells store for repairs and I made them aware I have insurance, I was given a form to take home. 2 weeks later being today I got an sms saying I must call the customer line to accept a qoute from Thu repairs centres. I called them and they told me The amount verbally, I told The consultant to tell my cell c insuramce and asked why I am being made The middle person between repair centre and insuranc3 wh3n its all under cell c. I was not given a proper answer but just a number to call. As i called The number for insurance The lady I spoke to was rude firstly and she was not listening to what I was trying to explain to her then she just redirected my call with no explanation to cell c customer care line. </p>
