Poor service

<p>my wife ordered moderm from cell c for R199 where you get 20GB, everything was done over the phone and it was approved. After this was approved we were given run around from cell c from the item to be delivered at my wife workplace. I also called cell c was promised that Supervisor Bongani will get back to me and that was last week, so more than 7days waiting for supervisor to call back with feedback. We have been waiting 2 weeks for this item and been receiving sms's from cell c that it will be delivered the following day. On the 3rd week, we get a call from cell c saying we won't get this product as it is now out of stock. This is unprofessional, why make us wait all these days? Why promise something and not deliver? I will not take a rooter, I requested for moderm and it's what I demand from cell c</p>
