poor service

<p>i have have been emailing 4 cell c staff in an effort to get resolution.</p> <p>they don't respond unless i call them or send them personal texts.</p> <p>i have to beg them for action and we still have no resolution.</p> <p>i am trying to get a cellc contrcat and have offered to pay the full 24 month contract upfront. this is then a cash deal. for obscure reason they can't seem to undestanmd this and keep telling me a about credit vetting. if i don't need credit then why credit vett? why would you credit vett a cash deal. anyway they haven't been able to do a deal yet and its been 2 months of confusion.</p> <p>i would liek contact from with the head of credit or sales explaining how it is possible that a cash deal can be refused...</p>
