Poor Service

<p>I was ****** this morning of my phone and I reported the matter at my nearest police station. I called Cell C to block my handset and sim and the lady assisted me in doing so . I asked to be transferred to the insurance section but I was advised that they can't put anyone through as the calls cut off . I was given *** to call and claim for another phone , unfortunately this number doesn't go through on my side. I logged a query online in regards to this and up until now no one has called me and now I am stuck without a phone . What must I do now ? The phone is insured and my premiums are up to date but I can't get help....Where to from here ?</p>
