Poor service

<p>I upgraded my contract with Cell C and now I can't get any assistance to port my number. I called the call centre and was transfered 5 times to different consultants and asked to confrim my details each time to verify I was the account holder. It seems to me that Cell C has employed *********** people to service their clients. This is really frustrating as Cell C always over promises and under delivers.</p>
