Poor Service
I have received worst service from Cell, first earl in January 2023 I have phoned to close my contract and it was never done I phoned again a in February 2023 it was never done again by consultant I'm not even sure if contract is closed cause last month it was debited again. Now I have a new contract I was firstly told that contract is R550.00 and when I phone no its R599.00 I have received SMS with due amount of R632.74 for 25 April 2023. When this contract end please cancel everything on your data base refer to my name.

12 Apr 2023, 13:24My first debit order was on 25 March 2023 on a new contract which I have paid R849.73. On 27 February 2023 I have paid R216.99 for contract that was not cancelled. Pro rata was paid last month.
