Poor service.

I called to cancel my data line to retain me as a customer they offered me a better deal. At the next recharge they didn't load the new deal. I have tired calling and always told a consultant will call me back.

There's has been no response from cell c. Every easy to get ahold of them to sign up but customer service is poor. Very poor. Cell customer for more than 8 years and I seen how less they value their customer.
