Poor Service

Poor Service - No one in the call centres does any effort to assist you when trying to resolve a mistake they made on their side.

I app**** for a contract was approved and then cell c sent me the same phone twice instead of just one, now they have long stories and is telling me they cant cancel the contract, after the second phone has already been collected by the courier company to be sent back to cell c

the same was said to me last week. I have been getting this story since 23/04/2024 and till today no one has sorted this out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

It has been 2 days and still nobody has contacted me or resolved this matter. The only communication was an email asking me to phone the call centre, i phoned the call centre and they told me they can't assist and the back office has not given feedback. Your service is POOR and UNACCEPTABLE.

And yet another Week has passed and NO ONE from Cell C has been in contact with me. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

Once more another week has passed and this matter has still not been resolved. Cell C is absolutely Pathetic i would not recommend this company to anyone
