Poor service

I'm a cell c contract holder . This is my second contract with cell c. I was pleased with the first contract maybe it's becouse it was done in store and I had no issues. I took a contract this year and I was fined by a consultant . She specifically told me the contract would be 329 a month but now I see that cell see is debting more. Second complaint is that I have made calls and even sent a complaint thru but no one has tried to call me. I need to hear my recordings as I know I am entitled to it upon my request. I'm very unhappy client. I
