Poor service
i am getting tired of cell c. Today i was told my phone was taken back to the cell in sandton just because they could not get hold of me. I am not certain why they contacting me if I have already paid the excess they required and they confirmed that my phone has been booked for repairs. now i have to start the process all over again this is pathetic and really annoying just to fix my screen i have to go through so much

26 Jul 2019, 14:36C cell is disgusting and frustrating. How may times do i need to complain just to get my stuff. done. Your call center is not helpful and I am honestly getting irritated by the fact that I have to fight for a service that I pay for. I've already been waiting for the past 3 weeks for my phone to be fixed now I have to wait for another 3 weeks because of your internal problems and i do not know why am I affected by them. Every time i want things to be done by cell c I have to complain first before getting them done.
