Poor Service

I am utterly disgusted by the level of service provided by cell c sandton and c surance. I booked in my phone for repair for over a week and I am still struggling to get feedback because they have not generated a quote. If it take two weeks to get just a quote, how much longer would i have to wait to get my phone repaired. I logged a complaint already and the complaints manager just called me to find out what is going on, but never got feedback. I always have to fight with cell c to get things done, but i hardly ever miss my payments, we pay for nonsense.
