Poor service

I've been a cell c client for 2 years now, when I took out their contracts I agreed to take 2 contracts with them, apparently they created three, I complained and they said I should sent them an affidavit to cancel it, I did that without hesitation. this year they called me for an upgrade I told them I'm only keeping one contract and they can close the other contract, the consultant said hes closing it and he did not. I've been calling cell c for several times to cancel the contract I did not agree to continue with. When I call they hung up... I spoke to one consultant who promised to call me back and did not, and then I called to do a follow up, one consultant created a case for me, gave me a ref no: ********** 545 and the transferred me to a rude consultant was telling me that the consultant I cancelled with should have told me the terms of cancellation and that I was supposed to have received an sms to confirm cancellation. she wasn't assisting and not even nice, she read me the terms of cancellation and dismissed me because I told her that it is not my fault that they are not doing their work. please help with this issue as its draining me, I can't pay for something that I'm not using
