POOR SERVICE

i have had enough of the ****ty service I have had from CSURANCE AND CELL C. I booked in my device for repairs about 2-3 months ago till today my device is not fixed it has been taken back and forth between CELL C REPAIRS and CELL C PROTEA GLEN MALL. when I first took it in, it was booked and assessed but I had no communication from anyone telling me about my claim next thing I receive an sms to collect my phone but it wasn't fixed. I booked it in again this time I called CSurance myself and was told the shop filled in the paper work incorrectly my phone was returned again unfixed. RENDANI from CELLC Protea Glen called me on the 18th of May and promised to rectify my issues, I haven't heard anything since then. I'm guessing he was also unsuccessful cause I just received an sms yesterday about my device being despatched and I should collect it now anther sms has come in saying my device has been booked in.

I AM SICK AND ****EN TIRED OF YOUR ****TY SERVICE AND I WANT MY DEVICE FIXED AND SENT BACK TO ME BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CELLC AND CSURANCE AND ALSO TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE OMBADSAMN.. YOU HAVE NO HASSLES FROM ME WHEN YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH SO WHY SHOULD I ****EN SUFFER LIKE THIS...I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR ANY ACCESS BECAUSE YOUR ****ED UP SERVICE.
