Poor service.
I am still so disatisfied with the service I am receiving at cell c. Everymonth I make payments without fail since y'all never make that mistake of not debiting my money,but when I need help y'all make me run around like a headless chicken. I recently discovered that there is no proof of blacklisting of my phone, but however I have an ITC number, also my line was not suspended the person is still using my line. You guys are really frustrating with the poor service I'm getting. I am tired of having to run after you guys because it seems you guys do half the work and leave the rest. This is not how you deal with customers. N***
