Poor service
Good day,
For the past 3 weeks now i have been trying to obtain an updated statement of what is still owed to cell c for one of my outstanding accounts. I have called and left messages for the legal department to contact me, which seems to be pointless as to date no one has called me back. I then inboxed the Facebook page you have available and after numerous back and forth messages have still not received feedback and it is now over the 48 hour promise i was given. I need to know the amount in order to ensure you are paid, without this i cant make continuous payment.

20 May 2019, 13:36its been over a week and i await simple feedback. If this is the customer service you provide no wonder no one wants to use you. I have even used the Facebook page with no luck. I have asked a manager to contact me as it is exactly a week later and no feedback. i'm sure such a well known company should have turn around times which need to be met. and for such a big company to have such poor service when it comes to escalations, makes me wonder what happens to even bigger customers.

I would like a formal statement and not an email sent to me. Surely Cell C should send statements on their letterhead. Also only one payment is traced where two have been made and i need to see this reflect on the statement. I am not sure how many more complaints i need to lodge for cell c to do their jobs correctly.
