poor service
Cell c has poor service ever, I had a problem with someone who **********ly opened a contract phone on my name, I went to Secunda cell c the supervisor told me to go make an affividavit and request of copy of my I'd that was 2 years back, they promised they closed those accounts since they were opened **********ly.28/09/2018 I got an sms saying I should fax my I'd copy with an affividavit to ********** 958 ref ********** which I did and I still have a proof that I faxed.11/02/ ********** I got another sms saying your account has been handed over to our attorneys please contact promise to stop the process ********** 807 the number doesn't go through.Someone please help I'm sick and tired of doing 1 thing hundred times my cell is ********** 947
