Poor service

Morning

in December I contacted cell c because I wanted to settle the contract that I had with them. I requested a settlement amount which was given to me as R5219.63. I then paid that on the 07/12/2018. I then sent proof of payment as requested and even went into the Westgate Mall branch for them to re-send and cancel the contract.

one of the numbers that I was cancelling ********** 956, was made a prepaid and the the other number ********** 954 I took out a contract on. today the 21/01/2019 a debit order of R5885.93 went off to cell c and when I call in they tell me that is for cancelling the contract which was never communicated to me and the information I got was that I settled the contract. I need clarity and my money to be paid back.
