Poor service
I had a 2 year contract with them and it ended in 9 months ago but cell c keep continued to debt on my account while the contract ended. I'm not happy andcertified with the services, when I call them to terminate my contract they said I'm on areas, which I could not understand. They provide poor service and cheating people. Even know after asking them to terminate my contrac2they say it will be terminated in 30 day which I must pay for the last time they say they will debt on the last day of the termination. Personally I'm not happy with that and I have not agreed with them.

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for
the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
