poor service
I am Ndimphiwe Adams using the number ********** 900 which was on a Samsung J7 Pro taken by my mother Luleka Krawe. Now i am paying for the phone and insurance. Spoke to Lesley from the insurance and he said your application is pending as they claim they are not debiting me. Mind you i am paying R549 + R200 = R749 which is the total that goes out from my bank account. I am told that its becuase of the credit limit that my insurance did not kick in/ not debiting me for the insuarnce and that its not our fault as well. Now since its not insurace that i am being debited for then what is the extra R200 for? This needs to be fixed ASAP. I have been sending email from the 17th and not feedback has been given to me until today. Please may i have a way forward and resolve this. I even asked Lesley to send what he was saying to me via email and he refused. You can contact me on ********** 658.

She advised that the R749 which was debited on account 18****064 does not include insurance, the R185.87 is the subscription fee for the number 061****918 + R563.90 which is the subscription fee for the 062****900 number.
