POOR SERVICE

Hi,

We have A Wifi contract with your service provider. behind the pocket router was our Password. we have had the pocket router since last year and obviously because we have been using it it came off at the back (ZTE Router). I have been trying since last week Friday to get help in retrieving the password. however, we were once helped via the cell c app at one of your stores in Vincent Park. and now no one seems to know how to help us. we have been directed to your technical workers and they just send us back to our stores here in East London. I DO PERSONALLY THINK IT IS PATHETIC HOW YOUR PEOPLE WORK. if It has been retrieved once before surely it can be done again. ALSO WE CANNOT KEEP ALL THE INFORMATION AT THE BACK OF THE ROUTER FOR LIFE IF WE LITERALLY USE ITS EVERYDAY!!!!!!! the owner of this account is my dad and I am information you guys regarding this on his behalf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
