Poor service

I will never in my life take out another contract with Cell C. After cancelling my contract with CELL C, as my contract was only for 24 mo this I gave notice on 14th June. The lady informed me that my contract will be terminated on the 14th of July as I need to give 24 months notice. She informed me to make sure that all my data is used by die 14th of July as my contract will end on that day. In the meen time we went on holiday from the 10th of July until the 15th of July where we did not have any signal. So I could not use all the data. In between Cell C did send an sms informing me that my debit order will be deducted on 31/07 for the amount R200.00 and something. I cannot remember the amount but it was not more then R300. 00 they deducted my account for R431. 74. Everytime I phone Cell C they transfer me to 3 or 4 consultants. Not one being able to assist me. When they finally transfer my call through to Head of Department I keep holding the line, the first time for 29 min the second time for 41 minutes. I'm not happy with this. I will not leave it like this. Cell C owes me money. The one lady informed me that I have a credit but that they do not refund the money they only put it with your contract which I do not have. I want this money paid back into my account. Really poor service. When I go in store they always inform me that they are currently offline. Never will I take out another contract with Cell C. My debit order did not once came back as unpaid even though it always went of for more than the amount it was advertised for. But it was never more than R150.
