poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really sick and tired of this SERIOULLY!!!!!!! I just called C Surance now and I was on hold for an hour for them to hang up on me. Cell C is a ****y company I have ever dealt with. I am going to spread the word to everyone I know for them to never do business with Cell C. I am using airtime to call to be holding for 30min and when I finally speak to someone they put me on hold again for another 15min without even asking if I am happy to be placed on hold or not and then hang on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious….. this is disappointing and ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me there is no manager or supervisor available. No one even bothered to get to me after i sent them an email and I let my details for the manager to call me but nothing till today.
