Poor Service

You can call that assistance if my complaint is not resolved and no answered provided. Lungi was just there to listen but offer no help. I understand she was just doing her job, only Cell C is a useless and manipulative company who on this day exploit people and ******* their hard earned money. I had to return the Nokia N3 handset because I belive its faulty since it has died on me twice now in 7 months, only for Cell C to tell about standard procedure and overlook the real problem I had. On customer service perspective you really failed, you did not meet my expectations. It is no rocket science that when has had a handset for 7 months there will be those minor physical damages on it, but the basis of my complaint was the fact that the handset has done the same in a short space of time and need to be addressed, in my case I needed a different handset as I have come to believe that the Nokia N3 was faulty, and I fail to understand how could that be overlooked by such a company who strive to be among the leading telecommunications company. This has come to show how desperate you are in making money even if that means ripping people off. Customer retention is much more important as well but in manner you do things, you will lose credibility. Your service leaves much to be desire if that not an understatement, POOr, POOR customer service.
