Poor Service

My Problem is this CellC increase all the contract prices by 10% and on all 5 Contracts that I have been paying for the last years not once the payment when up. Then when you call to query this increase they Tell you see that the prices have been increased we will give you extra data that u cannot even use when in the Cape Town CBD or where I stay in Mitchell's Plain. CellC have all my ways of contact to inform you as a customer that our prices will increase but I received nothing not even a email. That why I stop using CellC Data service because of the Poor internet services. i also work for Mobile Company and we also get many complain of not informing our customer but never did we increase our prices will you still in the 24 month contract. My understanding is it while you in the 24 month contract you agree to the prices that you apply for the duration of the contract. i agreed on all of that amounts that i paying for the last year. I needs this resolved
