Poor service
To whom it may concern
I have been using cell c services for quite a while never had any issues with the service untill now. I have got myself the Wi-Fi pocket package @ Cell c in V&A Waterfront Cape Town. The offer was basically as displayed. 20GB @ R199 that's what I took but instead I am paying about R350 - R400 for this bundle. I have been in and out in that store no person could assist me not even a manager. I was told a call has been logged with head office and it will be correctified this was in December 2017 ,it is March 2018 now if this problem is not fixed i will take extra precautions against cell c.
Expecting an urgent response

17 Apr 2018, 17:35I have spoken to a consultant Kia with Ref - ********** 00938
The consultant has advised I would receive an answer in the next 24hrs because she needs to contact the store I app**** for the service. This was 2 weeks ago and my account still gets debited the R400. I pay this every month. I have decided not to pay this every month untill this has been sorted . I would also like to know what is going to happen with the over paid amounts. If I do not receive any answer in the next 24hrs I will take further steps.
