Poor service

In October I phoned the cell c customer service line to find out when my contract expires, the then informed me that it expired last year March. I asked to please cancel this contract as I do not want to use it anymore, the gentleman then put me through to the relevant department. I explained the same thing to this department and asked them to please cancel my contract which they never did. Now my contract is in arears and they demanding money from me after I canceled my contract. This is pathetic service
