Poor service

I have taken an upgrade for my two contract phones 2 weeks ago todate the simcards are not activated . I was promised simswaps but that never happened. The sales agent promised me everything will be done without me having to visit their stores. Tried to follow up last week but was send from pillar to post everyone keep making promises but no one fulfils the promises. They do not take accountabily for anything instead they have the nerve to debit my account for the phones even charged connection fees which I can not even use. I tried to give them an easy way out offered them to activate the new sim cards and they still failed , I tried to cancel the contract they refuse to cancel instead I am promised a manager will be in contact with me. I have never received a call back from advisor or even team manager. I have spoken to Tholoane on the 28/11/2017 20:32 she reffered me to their retention department where I spoke to Smanga who promised that a manager will call back in 30minutes or on the 29th I never received a call back .I then decided to call back at 16:30 spoke to Tumi who decided to desconnect the call. I then called again spoke to princess who transferred me to Tlamolo who did not even know what the query was about, he promised that he will call back or Brian his manager will call me back today before end of business. I am still waiting asked them to refer to the notes and no one makes notes so every time I am tranfered I have to explain my story and confirm the so called security questions. All in all the service from cell c is the worst service ever
