Poor Service

i called your call centre today to do a sim swap and was interrogated by your agent and was told that i failed the security test due to the fact that i could not recall the last five numbers a i called. i understand the security measures that need to be taken but this is absolutely absurd, i told him that this was my secondary number and do not use it often for making phone calls and i could provide 7 numbers that i can recall calling as well as the last recharge date and the method of recharge, surely this is enough. i would like to process the sim swap urgently and will get Jose to do it for me if i have to.
