Poor Service!

I'm now totally disgusted with the service from Cell C. First of all I have two contracts with cell c of which I made cash payments every month and every month I received an sms stating that I should make payment before the last day of the month. The problems that I experienced from Cell C is that time and time again I had to phone in because on occasions they would block my line because according to them I haven't made payment or made payment is to late which resulted me to draw statements or send them my proof of payment to state that payment was made on time. It causes unnecessary hassles for me because if it happens once one would understand but 2 or 3 times in row every month then its becoming a nuisance and lack of customer service. Yesterday again I was at the Tygervally branch dealt with the consultant Anastacia for a cell phone upgrade I was told that I do not qualify, their reason because of the late payments???!!!! now bearing in mind that is the same problem why they kept on blocking my line. Im now totally just fed up with Cell C's pathetic service and I now decided that im done with Cell C and won't take out another contract with ever them again!!!!!
