poor service

I requested a sim swap on the 29th December 2015 due to a sim that decided not to work \damaged"without any interference with the sim which was installed onto the phone on the day of my purchase 7 months ago and I was told to wait for 4-8 hours to receive a call from them. hours later later I called to check how far are they and I was told to wait 24-48 hours just for a sim swap. 48 hours later I called in and I was told they saw my complaint"
