POOR SERVICE

So disappointed with Cell C , I have app**** for a cell phone contract with them not knowing that it would take forever to get the device. I don't understand why I still have not received the device if they said that they have it in stock however it has not even been sent to the courier company. My last contract was with a different service provider and it only took them 3days to get device delivered. To make it worse it's a nightmare to get through to the call centre just to check if the devise has been sent out or not. So not Impressed considering cancelling the contract. Bad mistake <br>
