Poor service

I am very disappointed with your service and the manner you do things in this company.

I had a contract with you for 2 years of router and sim card with a payment of R173 . I paid the contract without fail and when my contract was finished I was told that I needed to pay a cancellation fee which I was never told about when I was taking my contract. I then paid the cancellation fee of R690 because I wanted nothing to do with you again but you are continuing with the debit order again. And yet in January you debit R330 What else can a person do in order to be able to be debt free from you.
