Poor service

I tried to apply for financial assistance with the bank but it was declined . The report came back saying I owe CELL C , since then It’s been trying to contact CELL C with no luck .. I am being transferred from pillar to post . When I get someone who claims to be assisting me they won’t give me any information but instead collect my info and say the manager will call me back which never happens.
