Poor service

I bought two phones on contract and I wasn't getting any value for money so I asked to cancelled the contracts and I could settle the balance by September. So I was told to go to the nearest store and when I got there the agents were clueless,I ended up calling their call centre again which I wasn't helped either.Okay I grew tired of sending messages and never getting any help.After all my unsuccessfully attempts I got a call from one of the consultants who threatened me with expensive lawyers and what not.So right now I was looking for a way forward with them and they always talk about escalating messages and and and but I don't get any tangible info.
