Poor service

almost a month a go I signed up for a combo contract. This is a phone plus a tablet. The tablet was delivered a week after less the phone. I contacted the sales team and they advised that they are out of stock. My 1st issue is I should have been informed the same day I signed up for the contract that they do not have stock and they have no idea when stock will arrive. This would at least have given me the option to change package deal to something else. The phone was meant to be a birthday gift to my son on the 24th of November. After numerous calls to 084 145
