poor service
I am disgusted with the pathetically poor service I received from your golden acre branch.<br> after standing in long queues, getting all the documents they requested, emailing them and calling them several times, I have yet to receive any feedback.<br> <br> I was weary when visiting your store due to poor customer service experience but thought the years had improved you guys on this. clearly I was wrong.
