Poor service

Hi<br> <br> Absolutely terrible service. I got turned away after getting extra early to stand in line for a really good deal. I did not have proof of address on me as nothing gets posted anymore, when I told them that I would e-mail them any one of my statements that I get via e-mail they refused to help me. They said it must be post to a physical address. Cell C themselves e-mail statements. How is any of this fair? I know for a fact that they have accepted these forms of proof of address from other people, so why not help me? Even the banks accept e-mail statements. This is the second time I have problems with Cell C and I might never go back.
