poor service
upon getting a call from cell c direct to offer me new special on AG mobile Ghost. It gets delivered on 22nd October and on 23 I try calling to say that I am not happy with handset without success and upon going in to the longbeach mall offices I get told that that dept is closed until Monday. At 9 am I call 084145 and have Thulani helps me but says he needs to transfer me which after 20 min gets dropped.<br> I call again and get transferred but mention that I was just transferred and got disconnected. I then get told to call 084143 which also gets disconnected. How is it possible to be so in efficient?
