Poor service
I'm very disappointed and angry with Cell C. I lost my phone and and made a claim for a replacement on 15 September 2015 but until today I have not received the phone. I've been to the branch for so many times to make a follow up but nothing has happened. I called the head office and I was told the phone has been sent already, but until today I do not have a phone.
