I was contacted by Samukelisiwe Hlela on Wednesday 16/09/2015 at 13:45 offering me a new contract. <br> <br> After asking, she said I do not need to apply and that a new contract is guaranteed. I asked her to call me back the following morning 17/09/2015 after 09:00 as I wanted to have a look at the deals on offer. She never called me back.<br> <br> Secondly, why do I receive my monthly statements in a format I cannot access. Striata is not available as an application on Windows phone
