Poor service

I hate it when the service is bad especially when the person on the other side makes you feel you bad for asking for help. I bought airtime and struggled to load data and when I requested for help I could hear my phone call was not welcomed at all. Firstly he never introduced himself to me I had to ask for his name.<br> This guy called Almond he is horrible and he does not deserve to be the front of the Cell C brand. I am not sure if he wants to help customers because he is awful and not friendly at all. I will urge you to listen to a call I made between 22:15 to 22:25 if my call was recorded. <br>
