Poor Service

I spoke to a lady about my contract upgrade since my I was ready for update. I clearly stated I want something with a lowest price. She told me that everything from my previous account will be cancelled by an activation of my new contract. That made me prepare for a R209 + or R300- installment but I got R540, the following month R384 now I'm lost, can't afford that much.
