Poor service

I have since struggled to get paid up letter from Cell C and MBD lawyers. I made payment on 25th July via MBD and I was promised that I will get the paid up letter within 48 hours. That did not happen, then I made follow up to both Cell c and MBD multiple times and I was still promised that I would receive it however still nothing.

I’m just concerned because my credit profile shows that I’m skipping payments since July.
