Poor Service

I went to Edenvale Cell C to renew 2 of my contracts and cancel 1 . Cell c did 3 credit cehcks on my name where only 1 could of been done. The third contract was never cancelled which i requested for to be cancelled.They never had the phone which i wanted and i was promised to be informed when they will get the phone in store. @ weeks later i had to phone only to hear that they got stock and only 1 left.I want to know why 3 credit checks was done on my name where only 1 was nessacary. I am going to cancel my contracts one by one.
