Poor Service

I haven’t been using the nut for over a year and now I am told by a response on twitter DM that it is permanently deactivated, I mean I have had that number for years all I am asking for is to reactive it as there are passwords that are going to that number and I need the number ASAP , that number hasn’t been reallocate to anyone as yet so why it it an issue to just deactivate it ? I am really not a happy customer right now as I am in desperate need of the number . I can go do this at the nearest branch
