Poor service

On the 13/14 June 2022 I recieved a call on *** from a lady named Dimakatso from cell c regarding a cellphone upgrade, Dimakatso then told me that the device would be a Samsung A32 which I will only start paying for in October 2022 as my current contract ends on end of September 2022. I then asked her to call me the following monday as I needed time to think about this. DIMAKATSO INDEED CALLED ON 20/21 June 2022. We spoke again about the upgrade and that I will be paying end of October. I then also explained my predicament that i needed to do a sim wap as i lost my phone. She then said she will send a non rica'd sim card for me to do a sim swap. I gave her details of my address and everything. On the 27 I received the phone on friday 1 July i called cell c to do a sim swap and was informed that the rica number was already in use. I was then told the number belongs to someone else and i must discard it and purchase a new sim card. I did exactly that. Today I call cell c and wanting to inquire as to why so much money was debited from my account. I was then told that I took out 2 contracts with cell c. I DO NOT REMEMBER TAKING OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY DIMAKOTSO DID HER OWN THINGS I WANT YOU TO CANCEL THAT CONTRACT AND REFUND ME MONEY BACK. THIS IS ***********S I EXPECT FEEDBACK ASAP. I WILK NOT BE MISREPRESENTED LIKE THIS.
